Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking a seasoned Pharmacist leader to guide the Rx To Go program, ensuring safe and compliant delivery of oncology pharmacy services across multiple sites. The role requires extensive leadership experience and oncology background.

You will develop metrics, drive improvements, and collaborate with executives to enhance patient access and outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with 10+ years in pharmacy settings.
• Experience leading clinical and non-clinical pharmacy personnel.
• Oncology pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Rx To Go and oversee strategic initiatives.
• Ensure safe, effective, and compliant delivery of pharmacy services.
• Develop and monitor operational and financial metrics to hit budget and growth goals.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive quality and safety improvements.
• Mentor and develop pharmacy leaders and staff; support succession planning.
• Partner with executives and clinical teams to improve patient access and pharmacy performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders on contracting and distribution strategies.
• May serve as PIC as required, ensuring inspections readiness.
• Perform additional tasks to support the team and FCS.
