NIQ seeks a senior leader for Global Payroll responsible for delivering compliant payroll across the Americas. You will lead regional and country teams, manage providers, and ensure accurate tax filings and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, with multi-country leadership.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll operations, taxes, and Latin American payroll.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely payroll across the Americas.
• Lead regional managers, country teams, offshore resources, and providers.
• Oversee payroll lifecycle, approvals, funding, filings, and reconciliations.
• Maintain governance, calendars, escalation routes, and continuity plans.
• Identify and resolve payroll issues and compliance risks.
