NIQ is seeking a Regional Payroll Director, Americas to own end-to-end payroll delivery across 32 countries for ~8,000 employees. You will lead in-house, outsourced, and global solutions, partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, and Legal to drive compliance and transformations.

The role requires strong leadership across dispersed teams in the Americas, a deep understand of US and Latin American payroll, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualificações

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience with multi-country ops.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll, taxes, and LATAM payroll experience.
• Experience with in-house, outsourced, or co-sourced models and dispersed teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own accurate, timely, compliant payroll delivery across the Americas.
• Lead regional managers, cluster leaders, country teams, offshore resources, and external providers.
• Oversee the payroll lifecycle: inputs, calculations, approvals, funding, payments, remittances, accounting.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Legal on close, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead readiness for SOX reviews, audits, and transitions to NIQ’s global payroll solution.
