Neurocrine Biosciences is hiring a Regional Patient Access Manager to optimize patient access for CNS and related therapies across the U.S. You will educate HCPs, coordinate with SPs and HUB partners, and ensure vendor and distribution network integrity.

The role emphasizes payer coverage policy expertise, cross-functional teamwork with sales, market access, analytics, and operations, and ongoing process improvements to enhance access and outcomes.

Formación

• BS/BA in a related field with 6+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience.
• Specialty product experience, CNS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payer coverage policies and processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across the US.

Responsabilidades

• Build and sustain relationships with pharmacies, physicians and HCPs to resolve coverage issues.
• Collaborate with field sales leadership and market access teams to support patient access.
• Provide training on payer coverage policies and reimbursement programs.
• Introduce digital tools (e.g., CoverMyMeds) for PA submissions and processes.
• Communicate payer policy insights at internal reviews and meetings.
• Lead cross-functional teams and share best practices for distribution efficiency.
