Job summary

Mira Home is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple branches across the division, driving service quality, safety, and financial results. This leadership role combines setting standards with active field verification and direct accountability for performance across locations.

The Regional Manager will report to the VP of Operations and partner closely with the Technical Director, Operations Managers, and Field Managers to mentor leaders, ensure consistent practices, and deliver strong

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership in multi-site field service or route-based operations.
Experience leading salaried managers across more than one location, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Demonstrated experience turning around an underperforming location with measurable results.
Budget and margin responsibility at the location or division level.
Proficiency with operational software and reporting (we use FieldRoutes, Geotab, and Domo).
Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.
Pest control experience and applicator license.

Responsibilities

Branch Performance: Identify underperforming branches early and implement turnaround plans within 30 days.
Standards and Consistency: Ensure all branches operate under the same SOPs and service quality standards; conduct regular audits.
