Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a Mobile Building Engineer team across the assigned region. This on-site role is based in Birmingham, Alabama, with occasional travel and coordination with clients and vendors.

You will drive safety, SLA performance, and cost control while partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement processes, SOPs, and improvements that boost service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training.
• Minimum 5 years performing job duties in a similar role with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• In depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and maintains current awareness.
• Technical/business expertise in client service within the region.
• Ability to lead and engage a team to meet all requirements.
• Safety focused mindset with proactive compliance awareness.
• Experience in developing and implementing processes and SOPs.
• Experience in Account Management of Facility Management clients with SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Mobile Building Engineer team for the region.
• Manage operational budgets with focus on cost control.
