Job summary
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources seeks a full‑time Regional Operations Coordinator in New Ulm, MN, within Lands & Minerals. The role directs regional activities for land acquisitions, exchanges, and sales, and leads in issuance of leases, licenses, and easements while coordinating start‑up of land transactions.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in real estate projects, strong project management skills, and knowledge of state and federal real estate law.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in multi‑faceted real estate projects and related work.
- Substitution of an associate degree for one year of experience is allowed.
- Experience leading real estate transactions and project coordination.
- Knowledge of federal and Minnesota real estate law and property rights.
Responsibilities
- Lead region in land acquisitions, exchanges and sales initiatives.
- Direct leases, easements, licenses and related regional activities.
- Coordinate short/long‑range plans and SLAM projects with the regional team.
