Purple Land Management, LLC. seeks an experienced Renewable Land Agent / Landman to lead land outreach, optioning, and site control for utility-scale wind assets and BESS across AOIs in Northwest Minnesota and the Eastern Dakotas.

You will manage field relations, negotiate leases, and coordinate title work to support project development. The role is field-based, based out of Fargo, ND with daily regional travel and on-site responsibilities, requiring reliable transportation and strong knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Field landman experience with a track record in utility-scale wind or solar land acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and agricultural land dynamics in Minnesota and/or the Dakotas.
• Proficient in option and lease negotiation, contract structuring, and title curative work.
• Experience reviewing GIS/mapping data for project planning and execution.

Aufgaben

• Lead land outreach, optioning, and lease negotiations with private landowners.
• Develop and execute site control strategies to assemble contiguous footprints for wind assets.
• Perform surface title reviews, tract mapping, and identify encumbrances; secure waivers as needed.
• Serve as primary project representative in the field, navigating community relations and permitting requirements.
