Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking a Regional Production Manager (remote) to lead mortgage production across an assigned region. You will develop Branch Managers and Loan Officers, recruit top talent, drive sales growth, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has proven mortgage leadership, strong sales, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate teams, improve production, and sustain a high-performing culture across the region.

Qualifications

• Mortgage processing experience required.
• Previous management and leadership experience required.
• Experience with Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Product Advisor (LP).
• Mortgage banking or related industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and drive mortgage production.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop Branch Managers and Loan Officers across the region.
• Drive mortgage production growth while maintaining excellent customer service and market presence.
• Monitor branch and employee productivity and report results to leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new Loan Officers and branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain strong compliance standards and zero tolerance for fraud.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to employees across the region.
• Lead Branch Manager meetings, sales initiatives, and trainings.
• Develop marketing, prospecting, and business development strategies.
