Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Mortgage Regional Manager for Retail Division who will lead a high-performing loan production team while staying active in originations. This role emphasizes leadership without sacrificing personal production, with dedicated support and an expansive product bench.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor branch personnel, manage relationships with referral partners, and drive divisional performance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners.
• Commitment to mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership driven by sales achievement and team development.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example while scaling impact with a team.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching a few hours per week.
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance across the division.
• Continue producing at a high level while building leadership capacity.
• Maintain compliance with mortgage laws and PRMI policies.
