Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking experienced Loan Officers to build their own referral-driven business remotely under our umbrella. Enjoy uncapped commissions and access to diverse loan products for all borrower types.

Operate solo or grow your team while benefiting from corporate administrative, operational, and compliance support. Active NMLS/MLO license and strong regulatory knowledge are required as you expand across numerous markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions offering strong upside potential.
• Loan products for all borrower types available.
• Add additional LOs to your team OR act as an individual LO.
• Licensed in 28 states and growing.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
