Hawthorne Residential Partners in Atlanta is seeking a Remote Regional Marketing Specialist to drive localized strategies for a portfolio of communities. You will connect with local partners, plan events, and optimize brand-consistent campaigns to support leasing goals and traffic growth.

In this role, you will manage social media, digital presence, and cross-functional initiatives with community managers and the marketing team to ensure impactful, on-brand communications and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience in multifamily, real estate, or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in marketing, branding, or content creation.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regularly.

Responsabilités

• Execute localized marketing strategies for priority and new development communities.
• Align campaigns with brand strategy and adjust tactics by performance, seasonality, and market trends.
• Establish relationships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations for marketing outreach.
• Plan resident events, campaigns, and community activations.
• Coordinate signage, digital campaigns, and on-site collateral.
• Lead social media and online presence for active campaigns and priority communities.
• Collaborate with Community Managers, Regional Managers, and Marketing Team.
