Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 4+ years of multifamily marketing experience with portfolio oversight.
• Strong digital marketing and paid advertising knowledge.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing plans to drive occupancy and brand awareness.
• Manage digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email) and budgets.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to implement marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and report on performance for optimization.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for campaigns and events.
