Job summary

Madrigal is seeking a Regional Account Director - Northeast to lead formulary access for Rezdiffra across CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, & VT. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive pull-through programs and optimize payer coverage, reporting to the Executive Director, Market Access Regional Accounts.

Travel will vary by region, with an estimated 60-80% travel. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in account management, resident in the region, and strong relationships with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5 or more years of account management success.
Must reside in geographic area of responsibility.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of MASH, Rezdiffra data, and market access strategies.
Create regional plans to optimize coverage in assigned accounts.
Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Patient Support.
Engage with payers and decision-makers to drive access and pull-through initiatives.
Ensure compliance and accurate formulary information monthly.
