Job summary

Lumascape, part of the Hunter Industries family, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive activity in TX, NM, OK, KS, MO, AR. Manages agency and public accounts, implements promotional strategies, and reports market conditions to the North America Sales Director.

The role requires extensive travel across the territory and staying aligned with company values of Customer Satisfaction, Innovation, Family, and Social Responsibility. Preference for Dallas, TX residence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of selling, pricing, marketing and distribution models within the industry.
• Strong selling and presentation skills to meet annual goals.
• Ability to explain Lumascape products and to conduct training and educational programs.
• English communication skills; customer service focus.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Meets and achieves annual sales targets.
• Develops relationships with agencies, specifiers, designers, distributors, and developers.
• Maintains CRM to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
• Travels frequently across the territory to engage with agencies and influencers.
• Plans and attends trade shows and promotional events.
• Provides product training and supports field service as required.
