Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Labor Relations Manager for heavy construction projects.

This fully remote role supports labor relations across multiple western region construction sites, partnering with project teams, unions, and leadership to uphold CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a related field and at least five years of union experience in heavy industrial construction, with strong communication and conflict resolution skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs; support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and advise project teams to ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel.
• Build relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning, pre-job conferences, and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases per company standards.
