Job summary

World Market is hiring an HR professional to provide regional HR support, focusing on associate relations, talent development, performance management and compliance. You will partner with field leaders to address staffing and retention with strategic and tactical guidance, while supporting company-wide initiatives to drive results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HR management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent generalist HR work experience in retail preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Professionalisms, objectivity and integrity in all situations.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, from associates to executives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to the region focusing on associate relations, talent development, performance management and compliance.
• Partner with field leaders on solutions to associate relations, staffing and retention with strategic and tactical guidance.
• Support company-wide initiatives to help teams achieve goals and deliver results.
• Build trust and rapport with associates at all levels; maintain positive relationships.
• Monitor and ensure compliance on hiring, onboarding, training and engagement across locations.
• Train Managers on HR practices including coaching, discipline, and hiring.
