Job summary

Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to drive proactive regional growth for six multi-branded hotels across the US and Canada. This home-based role reports to the Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires travel for in-market visits.

The base salary is $70K USD with quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus. The position includes 31 paid days off, comprehensive benefits, and team offsites.

Qualifications

• 3+ consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Proven ability to generate new business, grow market share, and achieve revenue goals.
• Experience building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels while also sharing best practices with General Managers and Front Desk staff.
• Drive ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share through targeted prospecting.
• Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations over MS Teams with each designated hotel to report progress.
• Develop a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating with your POD to drive revenue across hotels.
• Create remarkable client experiences, manage expectations, and represent clients professionally and with integrity.
