Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead outbound and strategic sales for six multi-branded, select-service hotels across the US and Canada. The role is remote and reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance, with travel for in-market visits.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years hotel sales experience, proven ability to grow market share, and proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled selling tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share; achieve revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic outbound sales for six hotels and promote a sales-focused culture with GMs and Front Desk staff.
• Drive ROI and revenue milestones with a 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts locally and increase market share; deliver bi-weekly strategy presentations.
• Develop and nurture a Salesforce CRM-based sales pipeline.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model with your POD to drive revenue.
• Create remarkable client experiences and manage client expectations with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen client relationships.
