Job summary

Korn Ferry is sourcing a Finance Manager who will act as strategic partner to regional and operational leaders, driving profitability across multi-unit projects. This remote role requires living in MST or PST.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance management, building models and BI dashboards while guiding the finance team. Strong communication and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 8+ years FP&A or related experience, Big 4 preferred.
• Experience in project-based or service environments is preferred.
• Strong communication to present financial insights to non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and operational leaders to guide decisions.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Build models, dashboards, and analytical tools for decisions.
• Analyze KPIs and report performance drivers to leadership.
• Champion BI and AI-enabled reporting and analytics.
• Support pricing analysis and project reporting.
