Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting.
• 8+ years of FP&A or related experience; Big 4 or large regional public accounting preferred.
• Experience in project-based or service environments.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to non-financial audiences.
• Proven ability to diagnose performance issues and propose solutions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Domo, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary finance partner to regional and operational leaders, guiding decision-making.
• Lead profitability, efficiency, and performance initiatives across multi-unit operations.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and tools for strategic decisions.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes on annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles.
• Conduct pricing analysis and support decisions for new and existing work.
• Review project performance, including revenue, margins, and variances.
• Communicate KPIs and drivers of performance to leadership.
• Prepare financial presentations and variance analyses.
• Champion BI reporting and AI-enabled analytics enhancements.
• Support acquisition diligence and integration activities.
• Manage and develop a Financial Analyst.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and create templates to improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with project accounting for compliant reporting.
