Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Manager, Finance to lead regional finance activities across 30 locations generating over $250 million in annual revenue. You will partner with RVPs and facility leaders to drive forecasting, planning and profitability, while building a capable finance team.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in finance with strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7-10+ years progressive experience including management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Curiosity, servant leadership, and willingness to challenge status quo.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tools (Access/SQL/BO/WDay/AID) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional finance team across 30 sites.
• Manage forecasting, reporting, and multi-year planning processes.
• Drive margin improvement and profitability analyses.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales leaders as a regional CFO.
• Develop financial models and provide decision-support insights.
• Oversee Workday and Adaptive Insights reporting and planning tools.
