Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Field PBP Leader to own the regional People strategy and execution, partnering with Regional and Area VPs and overseeing the Field PBP team. You will serve as the escalation point for region-level People matters and drive workforce planning and capacity discussions.

As the model evolves, you’ll help integrate hospital/site-level People support into the regional structure, coach leaders on organization effectiveness, and ensure consistent delivery

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive HR/People experience in multi-site or field organizations.
• Experience advising operational leaders on workforce planning, staffing, and change.
• Experience leading People Partners or teams across distributed geography.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, escalation, and partnership with Legal teams.
• Experience implementing company People processes across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own regional People strategy and advise senior leaders (Regional/Area VP).
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity assessment, deployment, and staffing alignment with Operations leadership.
• Coach Field PBPs on priorities, service expectations, and Ways of Working across the region.
• Escalate region-level People matters and coordinate with Legal, Talent & OE, and other functions.
• Ensure delivery of talent reviews, succession planning, performance coaching, onboarding, engagement, and program rollout across sites.
