James Hardie Building Products Inc. seeks a Regional Account Manager for Salt Lake City, UT. The RAM will own downstream demand for exterior products, defend key accounts, and grow market share across dealers, builders, and contractors.

You will develop district plans, manage pipeline, and collaborate with Channel Managers to drive product adoption while aligning with regional growth priorities. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in building products or construction industries.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) preferred.
• Strong business/financial acumen and ability to analyze margins and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Account Management/Business Development across assigned distributor/dealer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and share of wallet.
• Defend business with key accounts via strong relationships and value-added support.
• Develop district plans and execute growth targets for key accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast account performance using data.
