Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience with strong organization and drive.
• 1+ years of experience working with a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and share of wallet.
• Develop territory plans and growth targets for key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess goals and needs.
• Forecast account performance using data and CRM tools.
• Drive downstream demand with contractors for exterior and outdoor living products.
• Collaborate with dealers to launch campaigns and train sales teams.
• Tailor engagement and messaging to segment-specific needs.
