Job summary

Uncommon Schools in New York City is seeking a Manager of School Support for NYC Enrollment to guide families from initial interest to Day 1 readiness. You will oversee regional lead conversion and family outreach, driving enrollment targets and coordinating systems, data reporting, and operational strategies for the NYC region.

You will partner closely with school operations teams, external affairs, and community partners to remove barriers and optimize the family enrollment journey.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of experience in team management, student recruitment, or enrollment management.
• Verbal and written fluency in Spanish.
• Experience utilizing Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, SchoolMint, and Salesforce Salescloud.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional lead conversion and family outreach to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage and support a four-person team and set performance metrics.
• Develop a PD calendar to strengthen outreach and recruitment skills.
• Oversee budget for events and engagements within the NYC Enrollment Cost Center.
• Collaborate with External Affairs, Marketing, and school teams on digital campaigns.
• Ensure 24-hour response to enrollment inquiries while maintaining lead conversion goals.
