Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to drive safety and environmental programs across multiple locations. The role emphasizes risk-based decision making, incident investigations, and leadership engagement with site leadership to sustain world-class EHS performance.

The position requires extensive travel and adherence to corporate EHS strategies, with a focus on cultural change and continuous improvement in safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience leading EHS efforts in an industrial manufacturing setting; floor experience desired.
• Experience managing multiple facilities preferred.
• CSP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive site culture and corporate EHS strategies with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Develop and implement SIF and critical safety programs across assigned locations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate hazards.
• Lead EHS investigations, incident analyses, and safety training.
• Provide guidance, audits, and resources to sites, including policy interpretation and performance tracking.
• Maintain EHS program documentation and ensure regulatory reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field

CSP certification preferred
