WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Regional Director Operations to oversee a cluster of sites, direct 5–7 Multi-Site Managers, and drive performance across 10–14 clinics in the region. You’ll manage operations, budgets, and patient experience, while partnering with senior leadership on strategy and growth.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, extensive travel (90%), strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to a high-performing urgent care network.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years supervising staff or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Significant travel required throughout S. IL – 90% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and leads 5–7 Multi-Site Managers overseeing 10–14 sites within the region.
• Oversee regional operations, budgeting, performance, and site-level evaluation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR for hiring and staff development.
• Implement hiring/retention best practices; manage onboarding and scheduling.
• Monitor regional P&L and ensure alignment with budget; address escalated issues.
• Lead weekly calls with managers; participate in weekend on-call rotations.
