WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead 5-7 Multi-Site Managers across 10-14 sites in Southern Illinois. You will drive regional performance, staffing, onboarding, and scheduling to meet company goals while upholding regulatory standards and patient experience.

This role requires extensive travel and strong leadership. The position emphasizes collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior leaders to deploy best practices and ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED with college preferred.
• Extensive travel across Southern Illinois required (90%).
• Significant supervision/leadership experience desired.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Health IT systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team of 5-7 Multi-Site Managers across 10-14 sites.
• Oversees regional operations to meet/exceed goals.
• Manages staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and inventory per standards.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition for hiring and retention.
• Drives process improvements and best practices regionwide.
• Leads weekly status calls with managers; weekend on-call as needed.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and patient experience quality.
