Prudential’s Group Insurance (GI) Distribution team is seeking a dynamic leader for the Medical Stop Loss (MSL) Distribution role. You will develop strong relationships with Prudential's sales organization, brokers, customers, and partners to grow the MSL program while delivering market-leading service and strategic direction across regions.

You will collaborate with regional leaders and underwriting to build business plans that support new/renewal MSL sales and persistency targets, and share

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in self-funded/MSL markets.
• Proven track record building a profitable MSL book including new and renewal accounts.
• Extensive knowledge and relationships with GA/brokers in GI/MSL.
• Strong communication, influencing, and partnering skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

• Grow MSL revenue through broker/agency meetings and issuance of MSL coverages.
• Deliver strategic direction on MSL products and services and market trends.
• Collaborate with regional distribution leads and underwriting to meet sales targets.
• Build and manage MSL producer partnerships across defined territory.
• Coordinate marketing, sales, and support for assigned accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and drive high satisfaction; resolve issues with brokers.
• Present products and design information to meet customer needs.
• Travel as required to support regional teams.
