Berkley Accident and Health (a Berkley Company) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop medical stop loss programs in the Northcentral region. You will devise and execute sales plans, direct distribution through producers, and create new outlets across the Berkley family network, including email campaigns and industry events.

The role requires 10+ years of sales experience in medical stop loss insurance, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for selling group insurance products.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage distribution within the Northcentral Region.
• Identify opportunities for new program development within the region.
• Generate and facilitate a high volume of pre-qualified submissions for captive programs.
• Support growth initiatives of existing programs.
• Call on and build relationships with agencies within the region.
