Job summary

Penn Aluminum International LLC, part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a Regional Commercial Manager to drive market adoption of Rigid Aluminum Conduit and EMT products. You will lead efforts with regional sales agents, electrical contractors, and distributors to grow demand and close strategic opportunities while traveling across the United States.

The role emphasizes independent work from a home office, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and collaboration

Qualifications

5+ years of experience selling to electrical contractors at various levels.
Ability to engage in commercial sales and training discussions with strong presentation skills.
Mechanical/technical aptitude.
Willingness and ability to travel across the United States.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
Experience working with design firms or contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create market acceptance and demand for Rigid Aluminum Conduit and Aluminum EMT.
Collaborate with regional sales agents to promote benefits to electrical contractors, distributors and design firms.
Drive transition from steel to aluminum conduit within the electrical construction market.
Coordinate with Penn Aluminum Conduit & EMT management, customer service and manufacturing.
Develop sales materials, articles and presentations as needed.
Identify gaps to advise on new products and applications.
