Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Executive Clinical Specialist to lead EP product knowledge and provide expert consulting for electrophysiologists on EnSite, Claris, and Viewmate systems. You’ll mentor regional staff, drive training programs, and collaborate with sales and marketing to expand strategic accounts.

You will coordinate hospital training, ensure successful launches, and sustain high levels of clinical support across the region, reporting to Abbott’s Electrophysiology Division leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires Masters or Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• IBHRE EP Board Certified or equivalency required
• Minimum 10 years in cardiac electrophysiology and mentoring/managing experience
• Credentialing requirements including vaccine considerations may apply

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical consultation on EnSite, Claris, and Viewmate systems to electrophysiologists and staff
• Lead regional training and education initiatives for new product launches and ongoing use
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic accounts to drive business opportunities
• Coordinate hospital training logistics and ensure compliant, high-quality in-lab support
• Mentor and lead other clinical staff to improve regional capability and share best practices
