InSite Engineering is seeking a Senior Design Engineer in New Jersey to lead technical design across diverse land development projects. You’ll oversee design execution, coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You’ll apply Civil 3D/AutoCAD expertise, develop plans and reports, and help manage project scheduling, budgeting, and client communications while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely completions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience with land development design.
• Professional Engineer license or pursuing licensure with ability to obtain soon.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of land development, grading, stormwater, utilities, and permitting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design and development of land development projects.
• Prepare grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and stormwater designs.
• Develop engineering plans, calculations, and construction documents (Civil 3D/AutoCAD).
• Coordinate with clients, architects, attorneys, surveyors, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare reports, permit applications, and analyses for approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
• Ensure project quality and meet deadlines.
