Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Municipal Project Manager to join their Central Jersey office, handling planning, coordination, and delivery of municipal infrastructure and capital projects. You will ensure safety, timeliness, budget alignment, and regulatory compliance while developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ P.E. license, at least 7 years in municipal/land development engineering, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in New Jersey (P.E.).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in municipal and land development engineering.
• Knowledge of municipal procurement, contract administration, and capital project delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage municipal projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare reports and updates for management and Council.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legislation, and safety standards.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders, residents, and external agencies as required.
