Penn Environmental & Remediation Inc. is seeking a senior civil engineer to lead in-market client engagements, remediation design, and regulatory guidance. This fully remote role supports regional clients while residing in Northern to North Central New Jersey.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of civil engineering experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and proficiency with Civil 3D. P.E. is a plus, with strong independent work and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required; P.E. a plus.
• 8+ years of mid- to senior-level civil engineering experience.
• Experience in civil/site design, grading, and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-market client relationships and win new work while remote.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects and support growth.
