Job summary

MTM, Inc. in Arizona seeks a Regional Care Coordinator to manage member transportation from intake to completion. This remote role requires residency in Arizona and shifts Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm.

You will coordinate trips, monitor status, and communicate with members, providers, and plans to ensure safe and timely transportation. Responsibilities include trip confirmations, problem solving, documentation, and escalation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar healthcare case management.
• Experience in MTM’s Contact Center or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with health plan clients, members and partners to coordinate a superior care experience.
• Provide member support based on client-identified population.
• Perform trip monitoring, confirmations, recovery, templating, and problem solving to ensure accurate transportation.
