Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Regional Educator for Redken to serve as a brand ambassador and education leader in the field. The role delivers engaging education, partners with sales and salon teams, and conducts online and offline programs across an assigned territory.

Based in a metropolitan area near Harrisburg, PA, you will travel within a ~150-mile radius, support SAMs/SBPs, and help grow education-driven brand impact in professional beauty.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required and active.
• Minimum 3 years of educator experience for a professional beauty brand.
• Proven success delivering multi-channel education programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver brand education experiences and lead classes online and in person.
• Collaborate with sales teams and salon partners to drive education initiatives.
• Build relationships with SAMs and SBPs to support accounts and events.
• Coordinate with community managers for cluster classes and in-store events.
• Track attendees and report outcomes using AMS.
