L'Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Regional Education Specialist to drive in-office education, hands-on clinical trainings, and live/virtual seminars for our dermatological beauty brands across the Denver area and surrounding states.

You will lead customer education, collaborate with sales leadership, and manage event logistics, travel, and reporting. The role requires clinical training experience, mobility, and a professional presence in person and online.

Qualifications

Active license as a Licensed Aesthetician or RN/NP required or maintained throughout employment.
2–4 years of hands-on training experience with both small and large groups (10–125+) in various settings.
2 years of experience in a treatment room setting, preferably in medical aesthetics or skincare.
Willingness to travel across an assigned multi-state territory; travel up to 75% of the role.
Ability to lift 40+ pounds independently (demo products, equipment, etc.).
Strong multitasking and calendar management; work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Zoom and Microsoft Teams; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
Valid US driver's license; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead in-office education sessions, hands-on clinical trainings, live and virtual seminars for external customers.
Deliver high-impact virtual seminars and webinars to B2B customers using brand tools.
Coordinate in-office education events, including locations, contracts, attendees, and budgets.
Support social selling initiatives and participation in brand events and tradeshows.
Develop and improve training programs; stay updated on product launches and competitive insights.
