Ideal candidates have a cosmetology license, 3+ years as an educator in professional beauty, strong presentation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• 3+ years as educator for a professional beauty brand.
• Proven track record of developing education programs across multiple channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Regional Educator located in a metropolitan city within approx. 150 miles of home base with travel considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador and education leader within the territory.
• Deliver education experiences through storytelling and effective content delivery.
• Execute online and offline education classes in the territory.
• Partner with sales to support education strategies
• Develop relationships with SAMs and SBPs to drive education initiatives.
• Collaborate with Community Managers for cluster classes and in-store events.
• Contribute to brand partnerships and prospecting initiatives.
• Track attendees and report via AMS.
