Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on training experience with groups (10-125+) in various settings.
• Active license required (Aesthetician or RN/NP).
• Travel up to 75% of role and ability to lift 40+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-office education and hands-on training with APPs and high-potential accounts.
• Lead live seminars (10-125 participants) and virtual webinars using brand tools.
• Prepare reports on training activities, budgets, and feedback summaries.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to maximize ROI and align with product launches.
