Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing seeks an experienced Regional Account Director to partner with automotive dealerships across Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana. This remote field role focuses on data-driven strategies to boost vehicle sales, service revenue, and ROI, working directly with dealer leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in automotive digital marketing, a consultative mindset, and strong analytics to shape campaigns and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Strong data analytics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on sales, service, retention, and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs including traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, and sales attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign, website, and lead performance.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products, services, and strategies with new clients.
• Build strong client relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
• Partner with Client Services, Production, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed.
