Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a Regional Account Director to act as a strategic marketing partner for automotive dealerships in the greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana region. The role is remote-field based, with travel across the territory and occasional national travel.

You will develop data-driven strategies to grow sales, service revenue, retention, and ROI, while working with dealer principals and marketing leaders to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in automotive digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, account management, or marketing strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of automotive digital marketing (web, paid media, leads, conversion, retention).
• Ability to use data/analytics to develop marketing recommendations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on sales, service, retention, and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs: traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, sales attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign, website, and lead performance.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products, services, strategies with new clients.
• Build strong client relationships that drive retention and account growth.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Conduct dealership visits and business reviews as needed.
