Responsibilities

  • Recruit prospective students within an assigned market, including high school visits, career fairs, community events, and outreach activities.
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment efforts and travel extensively within the territory as needed.
  • Coordinate with high schools and community organizations in the Twin Cities metro area.
  • Collaborate with Admissions and other campus partners to implement recruitment strategies and events.
  • Maintain relationships with prospective students and families throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Utilize CRM tooling to track interactions and outcomes.

Recruitment responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: high school visits, career fairs, community presentations, special events, and assisting in other outreach activities as assigned. The Regional Admissions Counselor will reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, with occasional travel to the campus for trainings and events as needed.
