Polaris Adventures invites an experienced Regional Account Manager to oversee relationships with Outfitters across the Northern Rocky Mountain Region, including WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, and AK. You will onboard and support accounts, manage programs, and drive growth while collaborating with the Inside Account Management team.

You will lead in-person engagement, tailor account plans using data, and deliver monthly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of in-person client relationship management or account management experience across multiple locations.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to travel more than 50% within the assigned region.

Responsabilités

• Own relationships with assigned Outfitters, providing in-person account management and serving as an escalation point for specified issues.
• Lead onsite ramp-up, training, and operational support for new and existing accounts with program processes and solutions.
• Establish meeting cadences and communication expectations with Outfitters and internal partners.
• Develop tailored account management plans using data to identify growth opportunities and improve NPS results.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews covering goals, compliance, performance, and initiatives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and address process gaps with the Inside Business Owner.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support Outfit­ter growth and expansion objectives.
• Generate warm leads and provide market insights to the business development team.
