Polaris Adventures is seeking a Regional Account Manager to own relationships with Outfitters across the Northern Rocky Mountain Region, including MT, WA, OR, ID, WY, AK. The role emphasizes in-person engagement, onboarding, and ongoing support.

Based within the region, you will balance program requirements with business growth and leadership in account management. The position requires remote work capability from a home-based office, with travel >50% within the region and residency near a major

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in-person client relationship/ account management.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with assigned Outfitters and manage in-person accounts.
• Lead onboarding, training, and operational support for accounts.
• Develop account plans using data to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and address gaps.
• Generate warm leads and provide market insights to the team.
