Polaris Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own relationships with Outfitters across the Northern Rocky Mountain region. This remote, home-based role requires extensive travel and a strong focus on delivering tailored account management, training, and program compliance.

You will develop growth plans using data, prepare monthly reviews, forecast key metrics, and work with internal teams to drive customer success and new business opportunities. Travel >50% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or an associate degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in-person client relationship or account management across multiple organizations and locations.
• Experience leading teams or projects and delivering presentations or training.

Aufgaben

• Own relationships with assigned Outfitters and serve as escalation point.
• Lead onsite ramp-up, training, and operational support for accounts.
• Establish meeting cadences with Outfitters, vendors, and internal partners.
• Develop account management plans using data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews on goals and performance.
• Proactively identify outfitters' needs and promote self-service tools.
• Forecast and track key metrics; address data/process gaps with stakeholders.
• Use market trends and ride data to develop strategic plans and secure growth.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support customer experience.
• Generate warm leads and share local market insights with the business development team.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to support training and implementation.
• Provide flexible account support for Polaris Adventures and emerging programs.
