Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of in-person client relationship or account management.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Remote work from home within the Northern Rocky Mountain Region and travel >50%.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with assigned Outfitters, providing in-person account management and serving as escalation point.
• Lead onsite ramp-up, training, and operational support for new and existing accounts.
• Establish clear meeting cadences with Outfitters and internal partners.
• Develop account management plans using data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews on goals and performance.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and address data gaps.
• Use market trends and ride statistics to develop strategic plans and identify opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support Outfitter expansion.
• Generate warm leads and provide market insights to the business development team.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to support deployment and training.
• Provide flexible account support for Polaris Adventures’ core business.
