Job summary

Polaris Adventures, a division of Polaris Inc., is seeking a Regional Account Manager to own relationships with Outfitters across the Northern Rocky Mountain Region. The role includes onboarding, ongoing support, and growth of assigned accounts, with meaningful ownership of regional performance and business development opportunities.

Remote-based with frequent travel, you will collaborate with the Inside Account Management team to align with program requirements and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or an associate degree with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of in-person client relationship management or account management experience across multiple organizations and locations.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills; comfortable delivering presentations or training.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from a home-based office within the Northern Rocky Mountain Region and reside within 60 minutes of a major metropolitan airport (prefer Billings).
• Travel more than 50% within the assigned region; not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with assigned Outfitters and serve as escalation point for issues.
• Lead onsite ramp-up, training, and operational support for accounts.
• Establish meeting cadences with Outfitters, vendors, and internal partners.
• Develop account management plans using data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews on goals and performance.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and address data or process gaps.
• Identify growth opportunities and secure new business additions.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and consultants for timely implementation and training.
