Job summary

Team Velocity is seeking a Regional Account Director to partner with automotive dealerships across the US in a remote field role. The position focuses on data-driven strategies to boost dealer sales, service revenue, retention, and ROI.

You will work directly with dealer principals, GMs, and marketing leaders to deliver measurable outcomes using Apollo and proven digital marketing tactics. Travel is part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive digital marketing, automotive retail, advertising, or SaaS.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative account management, or marketing strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of automotive digital marketing including websites, paid media, leads, conversion, and retention.
• Ability to use data/analytics to develop marketing recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on sales, service, retention, and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs such as traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, and sales attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products, services, and strategies with new clients.
